"The Art Of Self sabotage- (Overcoming Depression)

We often use the phrase "I don't Fuk with the Opps" to refer to external adversaries or people we distance ourselves from. But let's take a moment to reflect on a different perspective. What if our greatest opposition isn't someone else, but rather the battles we fight within ourselves?

In the depths of despair, I found myself,
Caught in a web of darkness, seeking help.
Depression's grip, relentless and cold,
Self-sabotage my companion, a story yet untold.
But hear me now, as I rise above,
A phoenix from the ashes, fueled by love.
I refuse to be defeated, held back by the past,
Breaking free from the cycle that didn't last.
I don't f*ck with the opps, those negative thoughts,
No longer giving power to what ties me in knots.
I embrace self-worth, reclaiming my voice,
Making choices that uplift, leaving no room for noise.
With each step forward, I shed the weight,
The burden of self-doubt, the whispers of fate.
I choose self-love, a fierce and mighty force,
Silencing the demons, charting a new course.
In moments of weakness, I hold my ground,
Finding strength within, a resilience profound.
No longer defined by my struggles of yore,
I rise, I conquer, forever wanting more.
So here I stand, a testament to the fight,
Defying the odds, igniting my light.
Depression and self-sabotage, no longer my claim,
I reclaim my power, releasing the pain.
This poem is a reminder to all who've been through,
Depression's grip and self-sabotage too.
You're not defined by the battles you've fought,
Embrace your resilience, for you are sought.
Together we rise, a community so strong,
Supporting one another, where we belong.
No longer held captive by the darkness that binds,
We conquer our demons, leaving them behind.
Remember, you are worthy, deserving of love,
No matter the struggles, the mountains you've shove.
Keep pushing forward, don't ever stop,
For you are a warrior, and you will reach the top.
